Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients at the front desk; efficiently and effectively manage appointment flow
- Create and update client files
- Use client management and billing software to enter and update client information
- Conduct Initial Consultations: accurately gather and input required information into petition preparation software
- Answer phone and provide information/assistance to callers, set appointments and/or route callers to appropriate person
- Complete final preparation of petitions for Client sign appointments
- Meet standards of production and quality required to meet monthly and annual firm goals
- Perform other group duties and general office tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience
- Customer service experience in fast paced work environment with extensive customer interaction
- High School degree with minimum of four years work experience required – Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 50 wpm typing
- Proficiency with personal computer and MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and equipment including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping
- Capable of performing daily responsibilities without constant supervision
- Previous legal experience is preferred, but not necessary
