John R. Bollinger
John, a native of New York, is a shareholder in the firm. He received his B.S. from the State University College at Oneonta. He graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2000. After graduating, John served as a board member of the Young Graduate's Counsel for the University of Richmond School of Law.
A frequent speaker at local, regional and national organizations, John has addressed the Virginia Propane & Gas Association; Virginia Governors Conference on Housing; National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees; Virginia Trial Lawyer's Association; Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association as well as a number of civic and business organizations.
John has served as a member of the Virginia State Bar, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, Richmond Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association where he is currently serving on the Board.
He is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia; U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
