G. Russell “Rusty” Boleman founded Boleman Law Firm in 1991. The firm has grown to 18 lawyers and a professional staff of 32 with offices in Richmond and Tidewater and today is the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in Virginia.

Virginia Business magazine has repeatedly named him “Legal Elite” -one of Virginia’s best bankruptcy lawyers. A graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Richmond School of Law he has served as adjunct professor at the University of Richmond and Chairman of the Richmond Bankruptcy Bar. He is the author of numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker at legal educational seminars.
